What's the best way to get the best rate?
Booking directly through our website always gives you our best available rate. Third-party platforms like Expedia or Booking.com add their own fees, which means you end up paying more for the same room.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a deposit equal to the first night's rate is required to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is charged at check-in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival date. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged in full.
Can I modify my reservation?
Yes — use the "Manage Booking" link in your confirmation email, or contact us directly and we'll take care of it.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes. If you're booking more than two rooms or planning a private event, reach out through our contact page for group pricing.
Arrival & Logistics
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available based on availability — just ask when you book or message us the day before.
Is there luggage storage?
Yes — secure luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late departures. No charge.
Is there 24-hour staff on-site?
We operate with a digital-first approach — check-in is contactless via a code sent to your phone. That said, our team is reachable 24/7 by phone or text for anything you need.
How far are you from downtown and major attractions?
We're in Midtown, about 10–15 minutes from the Detroit Institute of Arts, Little Caesars Arena, Detroit Riverfront, and Eastern Market. Rideshare is easy from our front door.
Is there parking?
Street parking is available on Trumbull Ave. We also have two dedicated guest spots behind the building — first come, first served, no extra charge.
Amenities & Dining
Is there high-speed Wi-Fi?
Yes — every suite has complimentary symmetrical fiber internet. The password is in your welcome card. No login screens, no throttling.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes. Dogs are welcome in the Garden Room and Urban Loft (up to 50 lbs). Let us know when you book so we can set up the room — there's a $35/night pet fee.
Are the rooms set up for remote work?
Every suite has a dedicated desk, ergonomic chair, good lighting, and fiber Wi-Fi. The Urban Loft has the largest workspace if that's a priority.
What's included in the stay?
Daily continental breakfast, complimentary fiber Wi-Fi, premium locally-sourced toiletries, access to the courtyard garden, and early/late luggage storage. No hidden resort fees.
Can locals dine at the restaurant?
Absolutely — The Dining Room is open to the public daily for dinner. Lunch service runs Wednesday through Sunday. The bar is open to everyone from 4 PM.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Our menu has vegetarian and vegan options marked, and our chefs are happy to accommodate allergies and other needs. Just let your server know when you arrive.
