By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations and Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to the first night's rate. Full balance is due at check-in. Rates are quoted in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these terms, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Inn Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
